Below are links to internal and external systems and other resources used in the course of business. Access is generally restricted to current Medstar employees and other authorized users, and may further be restricted for each system to certain groups or individuals.

Medstar Apps and Systems

CAD Reports	SAP BusinessObjects BI launch pad for computer-aided dispatch reports. Refer to the CAD reports job aid for access and use instructions.
Calendar	Medstar calendar provided by Google Workspace for Nonprofits. Your @medstarmendocino.org email address and password are your credentials for all Google services, including Calendar, Drive, Docs, Gmail, Meet and Chat.
eLearning	Online learning platform provided by Target Solutions for required and optional computer-based training.
EAP	Medstar Employee Assistance Program (EAP), provided by ESI, offers counseling, coaching, self-care programs, work-life services, legal, financial and ID theft services to all Medstar employees 24/7/365. Access EAP services online or by calling (888) 327-1060.
Email	Medstar email provided by Google Workspace for Nonprofits. Your @medstarmendocino.org email address and password are your credentials for all Google services, including Calendar, Drive, Docs, Gmail, Meet and Chat.
Fleet Tracker	View real-time geolocation and related data of equipped Medstar vehicles.
Meet	Join virtual meetings or start your own using Google Meet. Your @medstarmendocino.org email address and password are your credentials for all Google services, including Calendar, Drive, Docs, Meet and Chat.
Online Fax	SRFax is used to send PDFs and other acceptable electronic file formats as facsimiles without the use of an analog fax machine. Refer to the online fax job aid for access and use instructions.
Operative IQ	Operative IQ is used to conduct rig checks, track vehicle maintenance, and for ordering and restocking of medical equipment and supplies.
Payroll	Access your pay statement and Form W-2 through QuickBooks Workforce.
Remote Desktop	Remote administrative access through Chrome Remote Desktop.
Scheduling	Shift scheduling and workforce management tools provided by Aladtec. View shift schedules, submit shift trade requests and more.
Shared Drive	Access common documents, such as forms, job aids and policies, on the Medstar shared drive (and up to 30 GB of individual cloud storage). Your @medstarmendocino.org email address and password are your credentials for all Google services, including Calendar, Drive, Docs, Gmail, Meet and Chat.

Medstar Forms

PDF Forms	Other forms are available through the shared drive for printing and/or e-mail submission. These include the Controlled Substance Custody Log, Incident Report, Physician Certification Statement, RAS/AMA, Run Log, and more. Your @medstarmendocino.org e-mail address and password are your credentials for all Google services, including Calendar, Drive, Docs, Meet and Chat.
Rig Check	Complete an inspection of your assigned ambulance each day by 10am to ensure response readiness.

Patient Care

ePCR Field	ImageTrend Elite field interface to create and edit pre-hospital patient care records (PCRs).
ePCR Web	ImageTrend Elite web interface for administrative functions.
Treatment Guidelines	Coastal Valleys EMS Agency standing orders for pre-hospital patient care. These protocols can also be found on the Medstar shared drive under Policies & Guidelines or on Medstar iPads in the Paramedic Protocol Provider (PPP) app. For the latest updates, visit coastalvalleysems.org.
